Who We Are
ACP is a relatively small company with four full-time permanent staff alongside a team of regular long-standing freelancers.
The organisation's founder, owner and current managing director is Andrew Cheeseman, who, prior to setting it up, had worked on several high profile BBC projects – among them a highly successful concert tour with Dudley Moore and the BBC Concert Orchestra. His relationship with the BBC flourished and he went on to provide production management services for BBC Radio 2 across a range of events, working with artists such as Sir Elton John, Rod Stewart and Robbie Williams. The BBC remains one of Andy’s principal clients today.
After several years as Andy's Number Two, ACP has recently appointed Scottie McKean as the organisation's Production Director. Scottie has more than 20 years' experience across the Corporate, Rock 'n' Roll & Outdoor Live Events sectors. His experiences as a Technician and Production Manager for an AV company and as a freelance production rigger, have given him great knowledge of all technical aspects of the industry, as well as considerable expertise in H&S issues.
